Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for us and our other patients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

The first time a patient misses an appointment, we will make a note on the patient’s file. All patients are responsible for paying for their missed appointment if they cancel without at least 24 hours notice.

After 3 no-shows or last-minute cancellations, all future appointments may be given to other patients on the wait list.
